Turn Up The Heat

My turning course is designed to take you from 1-2 pirouettes all the way to 4-6 turns! Experience 4 real-time classes you can take at home, as many times as you want! These classes are designed specifically with exercises for pirouettes & structured with options for intermediate turns all the way to advanced turns.

NOTE: This course DOES NOT contain turns in second, only pirouettes!

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT: Small pilates ball, yoga block (1 or 2!), open ended theraband.
